New Yoga Classes
Also NEW, a type of Yoga called Vinyasana Yoga
will be taught next Tuesday, December 22 at
7:30pm FREE of charge. This class is also open
to anyone to try out. We will announce the
definite class hours next week.
In this class the average person can burn
between 400 and 600 calories. Your body will
develop better overall balance, posture,
strength and flexibility, reducing chance of
injury. People who regularly practice Vinyasana
and other forms of vigorous yoga, report
increased stamina and strength in their other
sports, which is why many athletes regularly
practice yoga.
The Vinyasana style of yoga works on the body
using contraction, stretching, compression and
release of soft tissue to increase tissue
circulation, and eliminates toxins from the
body.
Effective January 6th, 2009, each class will
also cost $15. |
